How do custom corporate wine gifts work?

- 3Approve the proofFor custom bottles we send a digital proof of the etch or label. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on it.
- 4We make and deliverBottles are finished, packed and shipped by our licensed shipping partner. An adult 21 or older has to sign for each delivery.

Can a winery put my company's logo on a wine bottle?
Yes. We do it two ways. Etching engraves your logo or message permanently into the glass. A private label prints your design on the label of our wine. Both are gift-grade finishes on wine we grow and make in the Russian River Valley.
What is the difference between etched and private-label wine?
Etching is cut into the bottle, so it lasts after the wine is gone and people often keep the bottle. A private label is printed, which gives you more room for colour, artwork and a longer message.
How many bottles do I need for custom corporate wine?
Tell us your number. Most of the corporate orders we're asked about are 100 to 300 bottles, but the quantity is up to you. It also shapes the price per bottle, alongside the wine and the bottle size.
How much does private label wine cost?
Pricing is set per order and depends on three things: how many bottles, which wine, and the bottle size (750 ml or magnum). Because every order is different, we price each one individually. Send us a quantity and a budget per bottle and we'll come back with a price. The same applies to custom-etched wine bottles and custom wine labels.
How long does it take to get custom wine bottles?
Timing depends on the size of the order and your delivery date, and we can turn orders around quickly. Tell us when the gifts need to arrive and we'll plan the order around that date, whether it's a holiday, an event or a wedding.
Can you ship wine gifts to many different addresses?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of recipients and we'll ship each gift individually through our licensed partner, Vinoshipper. We can only ship to states that allow direct-to-consumer wine shipping. There are no P.O. boxes, and an adult 21 or older has to sign on delivery.
Can I get custom wine bottle labels without making the wine myself?
Yes. That's what private-label wine is. We grow and make the wine, and you supply the design or wording for a custom label. We print it and put it on the bottle for you. You don't need your own winery, a bonded premises or a label printer.
Is custom wine a good wedding or event gift too?
Very much so. Wedding parties, anniversaries, milestone birthdays and company celebrations all suit an etched magnum or a bottle with a private label.
